Mountain Magic

The icon of volcanic New Zealand - the Tongariro National Park. This exceptional flight takes you to 10,000 feet to find Ruapehu's imposing Crater Lake steaming and stirring in the snow, Ngauruhoe's flawlessly sculptured symmetrical cone and Tongariro's dramatically scarred and barren surface with brightly contrasting lakes and steaming fumaroles. The route navigates the largest active volcano on earth - Lake Taupo.

Huka by Helicopter

A great introduction to helicopter flying! See the mighty Huka Falls and Lake Taupo - a live volcano who's climate changing eruptions are amongst the biggest in recent times. Sweep over the steaming Moon Craters and hover near the bubbling pools and steaming springs of Taupo's best kept geothermal secret - the Alum Lakes. Return over the borefeild of Wairakei Geothermal Power Station.

Tauhara Special

An extension of the Huka by Helicopter flight including a thrilling trip through the dormant crater of Mt. Tauhara, a resident volcano of Taupo. Stunning views over Lake Taupo to the volcanoes of the Tongariro National Park.

Our most popular flight, see the Huka Falls, Craters of the Moon, Thermal Alum Lakes, Mt. Tauhara and get a superb aerial view of the powerful Aratiatia Rapids on the Waikato River.

Heritage Trail

A breathtaking flight to see everything the local area has to offer. As well as all the sights on the shorter flights, this flight extends to another of Taupo's secret geothermal gem's, the brooding Lake Rotokawa. Hover in the steam alongside bubbling hot springs and mud pools and visit the modern Maori Rock Carvings across the bay of Lake Taupo.

Huka Star

The ultimate thrill combo, combine any of the scenic flights with a spin on the Huka Jet. After your helicopter ride we will fly you to Huka Jet on the Waikato River for a thrilling jetboat ride sliding inches from the cliffs to the mighty Huka Falls. Jetboating at it's best.
